Before initiation: Partial refund (after admin deduction)
After initiation: No refund for work already done
3. Non-Refundable Items
Government fees
Filing charges
Third-party payments
4.Refund Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.
5.Client Default
No refund if:
Client delays document submission
Incorrect information provided
6.Chargeback Clause
Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as breach of contract
Firm reserves right to:
Recover dues legally
Report to payment gateway
7.Service Delay Disclaimer
Delays due to government or technical issues are not eligible for refund.
8.Dispute Resolution
Subject to Gurgaon jurisdiction and arbitration laws
