Professional services are time-bound and knowledge-based, hence limited refund applicability.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before initiation: Partial refund (after admin deduction)

• After initiation: No refund for work already done

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Government fees

• Filing charges

• Third-party payments

4.Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days via original payment method.

5.Client Default

No refund if:

• Client delays document submission

• Incorrect information provided

6.Chargeback Clause

• Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as breach of contract

• Firm reserves right to:

  • Recover dues legally

  • Report to payment gateway

7.Service Delay Disclaimer

Delays due to government or technical issues are not eligible for refund.

8.Dispute Resolution

Subject to Gurgaon jurisdiction and arbitration laws
